About the Facilitators

Meet Mohit, our tech whiz and Product Manager from a top software company. Born in India but raised in the U.S., he has a degree in Computer Science and an M.B.A., both from the University of Minnesota. 

When he's not rocking the corporate world, Mohit loves teaching and has a deep passion for health, running, and sharing knowledge. A two-time marathoner, he has completed numerous half-marathons in and around the Dallas area. A true bookworm, he's always expanding his perspective and is on a continual journey of learning.

Driven by his commitment to empowering youth, Mohit founded Rising Leaders to equip students with strong public speaking and leadership skills. His vision is to help young minds develop confidence, articulate their ideas effectively, and become future leaders. He plays a pivotal role in the program, leading most of the classes with a perfect blend of expertise and passion, inspiring students to reach their full potential.

With a background 20+ years in Technology and Program Management, Tania brings a thoughtful and structured approach to her teaching. Her passion lies in helping students find their voice, articulate their ideas with clarity, and develop the skills necessary for impactful communication.

Beyond the classroom, Tania is deeply committed to continuous learning and personal growth, especially for youth. With a keen eye for detail and a patient demeanor, she ensures that every student she works with feels supported and empowered.

At Rising Leaders, Tania plays an integral role in shaping the program’s curriculum and delivering sessions with a balance of discipline, encouragement and energy. Her dedication to education and mentorship makes her a vital part of the team, helping students navigate their path with confidence and purpose.
